All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and the actual product may vary slightly.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability and payment confirmation. We accept payment via PayFast (credit/debit card and instant EFT) and manual EFT bank transfer. Orders paid by EFT are dispatched after payment reflects in our account.
We ship throughout South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies on orders over R1,000. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies.
Due to the nature of our products (hygiene goods), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Defective or incorrectly delivered items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
