When you register or place an order we collect your name, email address, cell number and delivery address. Payment is processed securely by PayFast — we never store card details.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Discreet Packaging & Billing

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The billing descriptor on your bank statement reads Wet 'n Dry.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your shopping cart and login state. No tracking cookies are placed without your consent.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff only.
